These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Finvo CRM website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Pezel Tech LLC (“Pezel Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as updated from time to time. We may modify these Terms at our discretion, with material changes communicated at least 30 days in advance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If acting on behalf of a business or entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

Certain features require an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Promptly update account details as needed.
  • Notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Description of Services

Finvo CRM is a reseller-based white-label invoicing and payment management platform enabling organizations to generate, send, and track invoices, and process payments securely via integrated gateways. We may update or discontinue features without notice.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws.
  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s security or performance.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software related to Finvo CRM remain the property of Pezel Tech and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights.

7. User-Generated Content

If you upload or provide data via the Services, you grant Pezel Tech a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for operating and improving the Services. You represent that you have rights to the content you provide.

8. SMS Consent and Messaging

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Pezel Tech regarding your Finvo CRM account, invoices, and related updates. Message frequency will vary based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or request help by replying HELP. You acknowledge that consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase and that you may choose alternative communication methods. Your opt-in and message history may be retained for compliance purposes.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” without warranties. Pezel Tech shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or revenue, arising from use or inability to use the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Pezel Tech against claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Services.
  • Your breach of these Terms.
  • Your violation of third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Pezel Tech regarding Finvo CRM.
